As a direct producer of dried mushrooms, Jantex Foodservice Group operates state-of-the-art laser and optical sorting machines for the removal of foreign bodies, ensuring that any possible contaminants are eliminated during the production process. An additional safety measure is the manual inspection of semi-finished dried products. Each batch is also inspected using specialized X-ray equipment designed to detect contaminants such as stones and other mineral particles. This comprehensive elimination process ensures that our products are safe for consumers.

Personnel authorized to supervise production hold certified mycologist qualifications and internal auditor training, all to ensure the highest product quality and 100% customer satisfaction. To ensure our clients can trust the quality of our services, we renew our quality certificates annually, issued by recognized certification bodies such as DQS, IFS, and GLOBALG.A.P. The company also holds organic (ECO) certification for selected mushroom products.
