Fraction

Grits 0,5-2 mm

Mushroom grits are a fully valuable dried mushroom product that has been finely crushed.

Grits with a particle size of 0.5–2 mm are used in the production of dishes where the mushroom texture should be only subtly perceptible; at this fraction, the level of mushroom fragmentation is very high. Each batch of goods is controlled in accordance with established parameters and customer requirements.

Specification

The product is obtained by grinding cleaned dried mushrooms and is produced as a result of processing dried mushroom flakes, which are fractionated and then sieved. Thanks to the use of different sieves, various grit sizes can be achieved. The raw material does not contain genetically modified ingredients. In the technological process and production of the product, no genetically modified ingredients, preservatives, or ingredients of animal origin are used. The product is not subjected to ionizing radiation. Packaging is clean and undamaged, ensuring the stability of the product’s physico-chemical and organoleptic properties, and complies with applicable regulations for food-contact packaging—polyethylene plastic bags and three-layer cardboard cartons.

During the production process, the finished product is tested for moisture content, fraction sieving, and the presence of foreign bodies.

In accredited laboratories, the product is regularly subjected to microbiological testing as well as analyses for heavy metals and pesticides.
