The Privacy Policy describes the principles of how we process information about you, including personal data and cookies.

1. General information

  4. The Operator is the Controller of your personal data with respect to data voluntarily provided on the website.
  5. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
    • handling enquiries submitted via the form
    • preparation, packaging and shipment of goods
    • execution of ordered services
    • presentation of offers or information
  6. The website collects information about users and their behaviour in the following ways:
    1. through data voluntarily entered into forms, which are then stored in the Operator’s systems.
    2. by saving cookies on users’ end devices (so-called “cookies”).

2. Selected data protection methods used by the Operator

  1. Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the encryption key can read it. This protects the data in the event that the database is stolen from the server.
  2. User passwords are stored in hashed form. Hashing is a one-way function and cannot be reversed, which is the current industry standard for storing user passwords.
  3. The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.
  4. To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.
  5. An important element of data protection is regular software updates used by the Operator to process personal data, including regular updates of programming components.

3. Hosting

  4. The hosting company:
    • applies safeguards against data loss (e.g. disk arrays, regular backups),
    • applies adequate safeguards for data processing areas in case of fire (e.g. dedicated fire suppression systems),
    • applies adequate safeguards for data processing systems in case of sudden power failure (e.g. dual power supply lines, generators, UPS systems),
    • applies physical access control to data processing areas (e.g. access control, monitoring),
    • ensures appropriate environmental conditions for servers as part of the data processing system (e.g. environmental monitoring, specialised air-conditioning systems),
    • applies organisational measures to ensure the highest possible level of security and confidentiality (training, internal regulations, password policies, etc.),
    • has appointed a Data Protection Officer.
  5. For technical reliability, the hosting company keeps server-level logs. Logged data may include:
    • resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources—pages, files),
    • request arrival time,
    • response dispatch time,
    • client workstation name—identification via the HTTP protocol,
    • information on errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,
    • referrer URL—if access to the website occurred via a link,
    • browser information,
    • IP address,
    • diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process via registrars on the website,
    • information related to email correspondence received by the Operator and sent by the Operator.

4. Your rights and additional information on data use

  1. In certain situations, the Controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:
    • the hosting company (as a data processor)
    • law firms and debt collection agencies
    • banks
    • authorised employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purposes of operating the website
    • companies providing marketing services to the Controller
  2. Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary to carry out activities related to it as required by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). With regard to marketing data, it will not be processed for longer than 3 years.
  3. You have the right to request from the Controller:
    • access to your personal data,
    • rectification,
    • erasure,
    • restriction of processing,
    • and data portability.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing referred to in section 3.3(c) with respect to the processing of personal data for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller, including profiling. The right to object may not be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
  5. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.
  6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the website.
  7. With respect to you, automated decision-making may take place, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Controller’s direct marketing purposes.
  8. Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.

5. Information in forms

  1. The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.
  2. The website may record connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).
  3. In some cases, the website may store information facilitating linking form data with the email address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user’s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.
  4. Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. handling a service request or sales contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.

6. Administrator logs

  1. Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration purposes.

7. Important marketing techniques

  1. The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by Google’s advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https://www.google.com/ads/preferences/
  2. The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered user is using the website. In this case it is based on data for which Facebook is the controller; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s end device.
  3. The Operator uses solutions automating the website’s operation with respect to users, e.g. sending an email to a user after visiting a specific subpage, provided they have consented to receive marketing communications from the Operator.

8. Cookies information

  1. The website uses cookies.
  2. Cookies (so-called “cookies”) are IT data, in particular text files, stored on the user’s end device and intended for use of the website’s pages. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies on the user’s end device and accessing them is the website operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. maintaining the user’s session (after logging in), so the user does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage;
    2. achieving the purposes described above in the “Important marketing techniques” section;
  5. Two main types of cookies are used on the website: “session cookies” and “persistent cookies”. “Session cookies” are temporary files stored on the user’s end device until logout, leaving the website or closing the browser. “Persistent cookies” are stored on the user’s end device for the period specified in the cookie parameters or until deleted by the user.
  6. Web browser software usually allows cookies to be stored on the user’s end device by default. Users can change these settings. The web browser allows cookies to be deleted.   8. Cookies placed on the user’s end device may also be used by entities cooperating with the website operator, in particular: Google (Google Inc., USA), Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA), Twitter (Twitter Inc., USA).
