In processing and in the kitchen, both fresh and dried champignon mushrooms are widely used. Dried mushrooms are a low-calorie, aromatic, and valuable addition to dishes, which is why they are worth using regularly. In the processing stage, we pay special attention to preserving the flavor, aroma, and nutritional value of champignons.
Fresh fruiting bodies undergo washing and cleaning, followed by slicing and drying. During thermal processing, water—which makes up approximately 90% of their natural composition—is evaporated from the mushrooms. As a result, champignons lose volume while retaining their nutritional value, vitamins, and intense aroma. Dried champignons are just as valuable as fresh ones and additionally feature a long shelf life.
Storage of dried mushrooms does not involve the risk of rapid quality loss—they can be stored for many months while maintaining freshness and flavor. Thanks to a refined drying technology using only hot air, the product contains no additives or preservatives. It is a 100% natural raw material, free from GMOs.
To meet market requirements, we offer champignons in various forms: from whole fruiting bodies, through slices and granules, to powder. Our modern machinery park allows flexible adjustment of product fraction and granulation to the individual needs of customers—both industrial and retail.
Microbiology
Microbiological quality is of key importance in the food processing industry. Dried champignons are regularly tested in accredited laboratories. We apply pasteurization and sterilization processes, as well as continuous control of product moisture. Thanks to these procedures, the shelf life ranges from 12 to 24 months, and the product meets the highest quality and safety standards.
Certified quality
The highest quality of our champignons is confirmed by IFS and Global GAP certifications. The products also hold kosher certification and organic origin certification. This guarantees that the mushrooms we offer meet international standards and the expectations of the most demanding customers.
