Pieprznik jadalny (Cantharellus cibarius)

Chanterelle (Cantharellus cibarius), commonly known in Poland as “kurka,” is one of the most recognizable and highly valued wild mushrooms. It is distinguished by its golden-yellow color and a subtle fruity aroma that enhances the flavor of many dishes. Fresh chanterelles are an excellent addition to sauces, scrambled eggs, meat dishes, and vegetarian cuisine.

Chanterelles are delivered to our company directly from our own forest purchasing points, where the raw material undergoes thorough quality selection conducted by qualified mushroom experts.

Each delivery is carefully inspected, after which the mushrooms are packed and prepared for transport under controlled conditions, in accordance with the highest quality standards that help preserve their natural freshness. Deliveries are carried out using Jantex Foodservice’s own vehicle fleet, allowing us to maintain the highest logistical standards and punctuality. As a result, customers receive a product that is fresh, natural, and rich in nutritional value.

Microbiology

Microbiological safety is one of the most important aspects of the food industry. For this reason, fresh mushrooms are regularly subjected to quality inspections and microbiological testing in accredited laboratories. This ensures that the product meets all food safety requirements.

Certified quality

The highest quality and safety of our mushrooms are confirmed by IFS and Global GAP certifications.
