Frozen king bolete is a convenient way to enjoy one of the most prized mushrooms of Polish forests throughout the year. In the first stage of production, the mushrooms undergo cleaning and quality control. Some are portioned, while others are frozen whole. Thanks to the deep-freezing process, king boletes retain their full flavor, aroma, and nutritional value.

The product is widely used in further processing and in the HoReCa sector—it can be used in soups, sauces, risottos, fillings, as well as in ready-meal mixes or as a component of frozen food blends. After thawing, the king bolete retains its firmness and structure.

Frozen mushrooms are packed and stored at controlled temperatures, and each batch is tested in accredited laboratories, ensuring microbiological safety.
