Twardnik japoński (Lentinula edodes)

Shiitake, also known as Lentinula edodes, is one of the world’s oldest cultivated mushrooms. Highly valued in Asian cuisine and increasingly popular in Europe, it stands out for its distinctive, intense flavor and high nutritional value. Fresh shiitake is an excellent addition to stir-fried dishes, stews, and soups.

The mushrooms supplied to Jantex Foodservice come from certified farms. Each pallet is labeled and directed to the further production process, where every stage is subject to strict control. According to orders, pallets are sent directly to the packaging line, where the mushrooms are labeled, packed, and prepared for transport. Deliveries are carried out using Jantex Foodservice’s own vehicle fleet, which allows us to maintain the highest logistical standards and punctuality. As a result, customers receive a product that is fresh, natural, and rich in nutritional value.

Microbiology

Microbiological safety is one of the most important aspects of the food industry. For this reason, fresh mushrooms are regularly subjected to quality inspections and microbiological testing in accredited laboratories. This ensures that the product meets all food safety requirements.

Certified quality

The highest quality and safety of our mushrooms are confirmed by IFS and Global GAP certifications.
