The Jantex Foodservice offer includes not only cultivated mushrooms—we also provide true treasures from Polish forests. Slippery jack (Suillus luteus) is a well-known and popular mushroom, growing mainly in pine forests. Its delicate flavor and light brown, slightly slimy cap make it a valued addition to many traditional Polish dishes. Once dried, slippery jacks develop a distinctive forest aroma, perfect for sauces, soups, and fillings.
The raw material is delivered to our company from our own purchasing points, where it undergoes quality selection. Thanks to the hot-air drying process, the mushrooms retain their natural flavor and aroma properties.
Storage of dried mushrooms does not involve the risk of rapid quality loss—they can be stored for many months while maintaining freshness and flavor. Thanks to a refined drying technology using only hot air, the product contains no additives or preservatives. It is a 100% natural raw material, free from GMOs.
To meet the requirements of both the industrial and retail markets, we offer mushrooms in various fractions and granulations—from flakes, through granules, to finely ground powder. Our modern machinery park enables us to fulfill any order, tailored to the individual needs of the customer.
Microbiology
Microbiological safety is a key aspect of the food industry. Therefore, dried mushrooms are regularly tested in accredited laboratories. We apply pasteurization and sterilization processes and monitor the final moisture content of the product. As a result, the shelf life ranges from 12 to 24 months, and the product meets the highest quality standards.
Certified quality
The highest quality of our products is confirmed by IFS and Global GAP certifications. This guarantees that the mushrooms offered by Jantex Foodservice meet international market requirements while remaining a fully natural and safe product.
