Selected data protection methods used by the Operator<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Personal data stored in the database is encrypted in such a way that only the Operator holding the encryption key can read it. This protects the data in the event that the database is stolen from the server.<\/li>\n<li>User passwords are stored in hashed form. Hashing is a one-way function and cannot be reversed, which is the current industry standard for storing user passwords.<\/li>\n<li>The Operator periodically changes its administrative passwords.<\/li>\n<li>To protect data, the Operator regularly performs backups.<\/li>\n<li>An important element of data protection is regular software updates used by the Operator to process personal data, including regular updates of programming components.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>3. Logged data may include:\n<ul>\n<li>resources identified by URL (addresses of requested resources\u2014pages, files),<\/li>\n<li>request arrival time,<\/li>\n<li>response dispatch time,<\/li>\n<li>client workstation name\u2014identification via the HTTP protocol,<\/li>\n<li>information on errors that occurred during HTTP transactions,<\/li>\n<li>referrer URL\u2014if access to the website occurred via a link,<\/li>\n<li>browser information,<\/li>\n<li>IP address,<\/li>\n<li>diagnostic information related to the self-service ordering process via registrars on the website,<\/li>\n<li>information related to email correspondence received by the Operator and sent by the Operator.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>4. Your rights and additional information on data use<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>In certain situations, the Controller may transfer your personal data to other recipients if necessary to perform the contract concluded with you or to fulfil legal obligations incumbent on the Controller. This applies to the following groups of recipients:\n<ul>\n<li>the hosting company (as a data processor)<\/li>\n<li>law firms and debt collection agencies<\/li>\n<li>banks<\/li>\n<li>authorised employees and associates who use the data to achieve the purposes of operating the website<\/li>\n<li>companies providing marketing services to the Controller<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Your personal data is processed by the Controller no longer than is necessary to carry out activities related to it as required by separate regulations (e.g. accounting). The right to object may not be exercised where there are compelling legitimate grounds for processing overriding your interests, rights and freedoms, in particular for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.<\/li>\n<li>You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.<\/li>\n<li>Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to use the website.<\/li>\n<li>With respect to you, automated decision-making may take place, including profiling, for the purpose of providing services under the concluded contract and for the Controller\u2019s direct marketing purposes.<\/li>\n<li>Personal data is not transferred to third countries within the meaning of data protection regulations. This means that we do not transfer it outside the European Union.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>5. Information in forms<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data, if provided.<\/li>\n<li>The website may record connection parameters (timestamp, IP address).<\/li>\n<li>In some cases, the website may store information facilitating linking form data with the email address of the user completing the form. In such a case, the user\u2019s email address appears within the URL of the page containing the form.<\/li>\n<li>Data provided in forms is processed for the purpose resulting from the function of a specific form, e.g. handling a service request or sales contact, service registration, etc. Each time, the context and description of the form clearly indicate its purpose.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>6. Administrator logs<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Information about user behaviour on the website may be logged. This data is used for website administration purposes.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>7. Important marketing techniques<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The Operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA). The Operator does not provide personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user\u2019s end device. With regard to information about user preferences collected by Google\u2019s advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the tool: https:\/\/www.google.com\/ads\/preferences\/<\/li>\n<li>The Operator uses the Facebook Pixel. This technology allows Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) to know that a registered user is using the website. In this case it is based on data for which Facebook is the controller; the Operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook.
