Champignon is the most popular cultivated mushroom, both in Poland and in the world, which substitutes the flavour of less accessible seasonal forest mushrooms. In our product range we have brown champignon, white champignon and portobello champignon.
Jantex Foodservice Group has mushroom-growing cellars of the highest quality, and carefully selected and certified suppliers as members of the production group. Within a few hours after being collected, the raw material is handed over to our company, where each pallet is marked with a barcode and transferred to further production. The rules of the FIFO method are very important to us, and that is why all processes are controlled. According to the orders, pallets go directly to a packing line, where they are labelled with recipients’ labels, and then they are packed and prepared to be collected and transported by drivers employed in Jantex Foodservice.
