Cantharellus cibarius

Chanterelle is an unusual type of mushroom, with a specific colour and shape. It is highly valued thanks to its fine spicy aroma and peppery fragrance. There is also a lot of information on chanterelle’s health maintenance qualities, so we had to include it in our product range.

During the season, mushrooms from Polish purchasing centres are delivered to Jantex Foodservice, where they undergo rigorous quality selection and sorting processes done by qualified mushroom experts. Within a few hours after being collected, the raw material is handed over to our company, where each pallet is marked with a barcode and transferred to further production.

The rules of the FIFO method are very important to us, and that is why all processes are controlled. Depending on their destination, pallets go to the packing line and are delivered to their recipients, or to the cutting line, where mushrooms are prepared for the next stage, which is the drying process.
