Both fresh and dried mushrooms are used in the processing industry and cooking in many different ways. Dried mushrooms can be used as a low-calorie, flavourful and healthy addition to our meals, so it is worth using them as much as possible. Bay bolete is one of the most often collected mushrooms in Polish forests. Bay bolete is characterised by its intense taste and fragrance – it is valued by mushroom pickers in Poland.

Bay boletes are delivered to Jantex Foodservice directly from our own purchasing centres. They undergo tight quality selection done by qualified mushroom experts.

Then, within a few hours after being collected, the raw material goes to a cutting line, where it undergoes a washing process, another control, and further cleaning. Then, the raw material undergoes the efficient process of being dried with air. Thanks to our refined technology, the mushrooms preserve their fragrance and taste during the process, and the full aroma of forest mushrooms is enhanced. We can store dried mushrooms for a long time without worrying that they lose their quality. The refined manufacturing process of heat treatment means that we use only hot air in the process so that our products don’t contain any preservatives. The product is 100% natural, without GMOs.
