Slippery Jack

Suillus luteus

Slippery Jack is one of the most known and popular forest mushrooms in Poland.

Slipper Jack, which is in our product range, is delivered to our own purchasing centre directly after it is collected, and it undergoes tight quality selection by qualified mushroom experts. Within a few hours after being collected, the raw material is handed over to our company, where each pallet is marked with a barcode and transferred to further production. Then, the raw material undergoes the efficient process of being dried with air. During the drying process, the mushrooms don’t lose their nutritional value and they preserve their fragrance and taste.

Our modern machines enable us to meet the requirements of every client’s order – from flakes to pellets to powders.

Microbiology

This is a very important indicator in the food processing industry. That is why we test our champignons regularly, and we pasteurise and sterilise dried mushrooms. In addition, thanks to that process, the shelf life of the product is extended from 12 to 24 months. As a consequence, the product meets the highest quality standards from the microbiological point of view.

Certified quality

The quality certificates IFS, and Global Gap, held by our company, confirm the highest quality of our products. We own the kosher certificate and the certificate of organic origin for champignons.
